Cobro is built by an agent, for agents - so it's built around the one thing agents actually worry about: who can see my owner contacts and my client book? Short answer: only you. Here's exactly how.

Untick a listing (or mark it not available) and it leaves the pool instantly. Listings you never tick are never in the pool at all.
🔐 The Data Vault - we can't read it, even if we wanted to
Turn on the Vault (Settings → Data Vault) and your owner names, contacts and unit numbers are encrypted on your own phone or laptop before they ever reach Cobro. Your sheet is read by your browser, sealed with a key derived from a vault password only you know, and our database stores unreadable ciphertext.
- The key never leaves your device. Not "we promise not to look" - we can't look.
- Same idea WhatsApp uses for your chats: the platform delivers, the platform cannot read.
- A one-time recovery code protects you if you forget the vault password. Lose both and the data is gone forever - that's the proof no back door exists.
- Optional. Don't want it? The normal walls above still apply.
Owner columns are optional anyway
Matching runs on area, price, size, type and rooms - never on owner details. Prefer to keep owner contacts only in your own Google Sheet? Leave those columns blank. Everything works.
Your leads are your pension fund
Client names and numbers you save are visible to your account only - never to other agents, never in the pool, never used by Cobro for anything except showing them back to you and matching them against listings. Export them to Excel any time with one click (Leads → ⬇ Export).
Our commitments (PDPA)
- Your data belongs to you. Cobro processes it only to provide the service, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties, other agencies, or portals.
- Leave anytime with everything. Export your leads yourself; ask and we delete your entire account and data.
- Your sheet stays the master copy. Cobro syncs from it - your Google Sheet always remains fully yours, on your Google account.
Don't trust us - check us
Open the Agents Pool, press F12 (browser developer tools), inspect the network responses: the owner fields simply aren't in the data. Vault on? Look at any database record: gibberish. We built it so a tech-savvy skeptic can verify every claim on this page in five minutes.
