Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026

By creating a Cobro account you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

1. What Cobro is

Cobro is a software service for licensed property agents in Malaysia to share listings with each other, match client requirements and arrange co-broke deals. Cobro is a tool between agents. It is not a party to any co-broke agreement, commission split or property transaction, and does not guarantee any listing's availability or accuracy.

2. Your account

3. Your listings and data

4. Fair use of the pool

Cobro works only if agents trust it. You agree not to:

Breaches can lead to listings being pulled, reports being upheld against you, or your account being suspended or deleted.

5. Fees and trial

6. WhatsApp alerts

Alerts are sent to the WhatsApp number in your profile via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Reply STOP to pause them. Delivery depends on Meta and your carrier; Cobro does not guarantee delivery timing.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law, after reasonable review. You may delete your account at any time by emailing admin@cobro.com.my; export your data first - deletion is permanent.

8. Service and liability

Cobro is provided as is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free matching. To the extent the law allows, Cobro's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Cobro is not liable for deals that fall through, commission disputes between agents, or losses from information another agent supplied.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
